Services & Amenities

What you need – you know we’ve got it!

The Creston Valley has a country feel but there’s no lack of services here. Whatever you need, you’ll find right here.

Travelers looking for information, great trip suggestions, or just a quick break will find a warm welcome, free wi-fi, and public washrooms year-round at the Creston Visitor Centre. The Visitor Centre is located off Highway 3, next to Creston’s historic grain elevators. RVers are invited to take advantage of free public parking right downtown and five municipal parks. RV parking with sani-dump and fresh water tap are available at Millennium Park.

Need to stretch your legs, or have energy to burn? The Creston and District Community Complex has a playground, a soccer field, baseball diamonds, a beach volleyball area, a skateboard park, an indoor swimming pool, a hockey rink, curling sheets and a fitness centre.

Need to refuel? We’ve got five gas stations and a card lock station, as well as two car wash facilities. There are plenty of roadside produce stands where you can pick up a quick snack, or you can stop in at Creston’s two grocery stores and BC Liquor Store. And if you find your trunk getting a little full, unload at one of Creston’s multiple storage facilities, the recycling depot, or the bottle return facility.

If your body needs looking after, you’re in good hands. Creston’s medical system includes a hospital and emergency room, four pharmacies, an optometrist, six dental offices, denture and hearing clinics, two long-term assisted living residences, one palliative care facility, and a wealth of natural health practitioners.
