Getting Here by Air

As the crow flies

Spectacular aerial views aren’t just for our migrating birds! Traveling to the Creston Valley by air gives you a chance to see our stunning landscape from above – and then hit the road for a scenic drive.

Creston is within two hours’ drive of two major airports. To the east, the Canadian Rockies International Airport (YXC) in Cranbrook is served by Air Canada and Pacific Coastal Airlines. To the west, the Castlegar Airport (YCG) in Castlegar is served by Air Canada and Jazz Aviation. Flights to and from both locations are available daily.

Light aircraft and small charter planes can take advantage of the Creston Valley Airport, located just six kilometres south of Creston.

Keen to land on the other side of the border? Another great option is the Spokane International Airport (GEG) located south of Creston, in Washington state, a three-hour drive away. (147)
